Whether that article is just too long to read on the screen or maybe you just want to read it elsewhere printing articles is still quite useful. Here’s what the output looks like:

This is a full 8.5″ x 11″ scan, as you can see it simply prints each “page” using 1/2 the sheet.
Mac OS X
- Open the print dialog.
- Expand the print dialog into advanced mode. (see figure macosx-expand)
- Switch to Layout settings. (see figure macosx-layout)
- Apply the setting, Pages per Sheet: 2. (see figure macosx-print)
- Save as a Preset. (see figure macosx-preset)
That’s it. All the other settings remain how they originally were, you do not need to adjust anything else.
